We are fully licensed by the state of California to issue marriage licenses and perform civil ceremonies.

We frequently get calls asking all sort of questions. Even though the process is very straight forward, it can be very confusing for some customers. Please contact us if you have questions, we’d be happy to help.
Current government issued I.D. such as: drivers license, military ID, state issued photo I.D., Passport with photograph, signature and physical description of the signer. Expired I.D. cards will not be accepted.
We offer multiple notary services if you do not see the service listed please contact us and we’ll be able to assist you with a more personalized answer. If we can’t assist you, we will refer to one of the many professionals we work with.
We normally go to our clients’ homes, or businesses, but It is not uncommon to meet at local coffee shops, restaurants, or banks. We also provide notary services to correctional facilities.
This type of cases have to be handled delicately on a case by case basis. It’s our responsibility to determine if the person who’s signing understand what they’re signing and if they’re capable of doing so.
